This Privacy Policy explains what information Is My Card Centered? collects, how it is used, and what choices you have when using the site and related branded tools, including subdomain tools such as the Gem Finder.

What We Collect

The site may collect limited technical and usage information, including page views, tool actions, search/filter interactions, and device/browser information through analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

Uploaded Images

Images you upload for the Centering tool or guided Pre-Screen workflow are processed in your browser for those measurement and handoff experiences. The Centering tool is not intended to permanently store your uploaded images as part of the normal workflow.

Other tools in the product family, such as PSA population exploration tools, may process search inputs or filter selections instead of uploaded images.

Card Review Data

Card Review is a separate AI-assisted review tool. When you use Card Review, submitted card images, user-provided notes, guided pregrade selections, AI review results, feedback, request IDs, and related troubleshooting details may be stored so the review can be processed, reopened, audited, improved, and troubleshot.

Centering Measurement Data

For completed Centering checks, we may save anonymous measurement data to improve automatic guide placement and measurement accuracy. This Centering data may include image dimensions, initial and final guide positions, detection confidence, centering ratios, and whether Centering features such as perspective correction or edge sampling were used.

Centering measurement data does not include uploaded card images, filenames, card names, account identifiers, or persistent user identifiers. This Centering measurement data is separate from Card Review data described above.

Analytics and Cookies

The site uses analytics to understand how visitors use the tools, improve the product, and monitor performance. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies to collect usage information.

The site includes Journey by Mediavine as its programmatic advertising platform. Journey, Mediavine, and their authorized advertising partners may provide advertising-related privacy notices or consent controls where applicable.

Visitors may be shown consent or privacy choices where required. Advertising and analytics providers maintain their own policies and controls.

Current eBay Listings

When Gem Finder's Current eBay Listings feature is available, the server may request current listing information from eBay for the card and listing type you choose. The site keeps a short-lived cache of accepted listing fields such as the eBay item identifier, title, image URL, price, shipping, condition, buying option, affiliate destination, and the time the listing was checked. It does not retain raw eBay API responses or eBay seller, buyer, or account identifiers in this marketplace cache.

Opening a listing takes you to eBay. When you follow an eBay link, your browser connects to eBay and information associated with that request may be processed according to eBay's own privacy practices, terms, and controls. Affiliate attribution uses a server-generated, non-personal reference; it does not include your email address, IP address, session identifier, or search text.

How We Use Information

Information may be used to improve the tools, understand which features are useful, troubleshoot issues, measure site performance, and respond to feedback.

Third-Party Services

The site may rely on third-party services such as Netlify for hosting, Google Analytics for usage analytics, Journey by Mediavine for programmatic advertising, eBay for current marketplace listings and outbound shopping destinations, and external links such as Reddit. Related tools may also be served from branded subdomains under the same product family. Those services may have their own privacy practices.

Your Choices

You can limit analytics tracking by using browser privacy settings, content blockers, or cookie controls where available.

You may also have advertising-related consent choices or controls available through your browser, device, or notices provided by the advertising platform.
